当下的力量

The Power of Now

我们经常对未来有preoccupation，或者困于过去的记忆，这阻止了我们享受当下。The Power of Now 教我们如何保持consciousness清醒，充分体验每一刻。

生活本质上是ephemeral的，每一刻迅速变得fleeting。但如果我们练习mindfulness，就能享受当下的serenity。许多人因为对过去的错误有fixation而感到disillusionment，然而现实是，生活是由impermanence控制的。

通过有意识地进行introspection，我们可以理解，真正的euphoria和profundity隐藏在当下。每一个当下的时刻都是一个独特的manifestation，它可以给我们的生活带来transcendence。

因此，为了完全理解生活，正确的道路是从过去的reverie和未来的ambivalence中解脱出来，接受当下，并保持lucidity。
