Are You Rubbing Your Eyes? Damage Is Happening!

睡眠から目覚めた後、少し exhausted と感じるとき、理由がある場合もない場合もありますが、私たちは目を irritate します。目がかゆいと、自然にこすってしまいます。医師によると、目をこすると目に lubrication が生じ、これは目の well-being にとって beneficial です。同時に、この動作は stimulation を与えることで精神的ストレスを軽減し、正常な heartbeat を保つのに役立ちます。しかし、何事もやりすぎは良くありません。これは目をこする場合にも applicable です。過度の scrubbing は、さまざまな重大な損傷を引き起こす可能性があります。どんな損傷でしょうか？見てみましょう！
