老年期の孤独：苦しい苦悩

Loneliness in Old Age: A Painful Torment

孤独は常に苦痛です。人間は一人では生きられません。歴史を通じて、人間は cohesive units を形成し、最初は hunting bands、次に agrarian societies を作ってきました。より良い生活を求めて、人類は団結を通して社会を築いてきました。しかし、individualistic pursuits が社会のバランスを崩しました。

科学の unprecedented advancements と医療技術の発展により平均寿命は prolonged しましたが、人々はますます isolated になっています。富と権力をめぐる ruthless competition が人間同士の対立を生んでいます。戦争、discord、そして非人道的な行為が子供、女性、高齢者に対して unfavorable conditions を作り出しています。

生計を立てるために人々は海や大洋を渡り、crossing borders し、有刺鉄線を越えています。しかし、権力闘争が人間性の erosion を引き起こしています。今日の人間の心は、挫折、孤独、うつ、不安に plagued されています。

核心の教え：社会の communal harmony を維持するためには、人間性への尊重を示すことが不可欠です。お金、富、権力は人間の真の幸福の substitute にはなりません。
