The Inventor Who Changed Mining
Hasan was an engineer who worked in the mining industry. His passion was to invent new technology that would keep workers safe. Mining was a dangerous profession, and companies were liable for accidents. Hasan decided to create a mobile device that would detect gas leaks. For his invention, he applied for a patent. Initially, many muttered that it was impractical, but Hasan was determined. One day a big company offered a merger, but Hasan refused because he wanted to insure that his vision remained intact. A manual for his device was simple, and workers could pick up easily. In the latter months, an accident was avoided because of his device. A pirate mining company tried to copy his design, but the patent protected him. Hasan occupied a small office, where he ran his lab through an outlet. A funny moment was when during lunch, he mistakenly peeled a potato next to experimental powder. His lab was not fancy, but his dedication was unlike any other. Some corrupt people tried to kidnap his prototype, and even showed a pistol to threaten. But Hasan reported to the police, and they were quick to respond. Criminals couldn't invade his workshop. His invention lingered in the industry, and slowly all companies adopted it. Hasan's courage and plunge into unknown territory proved that innovation can save lives.
