Commission de Réforme Constitutionnelle

Constitutional Reform Commission

Le 6 octobre 2024, une Constitutional Reform Commission a été créée au Bangladesh. Le renowned political scientist, le professeur Ali Riaz, a été appointed à la tête de cet organisme de neuf membres. L’objectif principal de la commission est d’examiner les existing provisions et de proposer des necessary amendments.

Le travail de la commission comprend la garantie de l’equality, de la social justice et de l’balance du power grâce aux modifications de la constitution. Établir un équilibre entre les trois pouvoirs de l’État — executive, legislature et judiciary — la fascist governance prevention et la effective decentralization sont les principaux objectifs de la commission.

Cette initiative jouera un rôle dans la création d’un inclusive democratic framework et dans l’élaboration d’une inclusive constitution reflétant les aspirations du peuple. La commission soumettra ses recommendations finales au interim government dans un délai de 90 jours.
