30 Lesson 030: Presenting your weaknesses and failures strategically

I admit that I sometimes tend to go into excessive detail, but I am learning to manage that.

One of my weaknesses is that I sometimes try to do other people's work myself.

However, I have realized that effective delegation is an important quality of a good leader.
