课程的核心方法叫做 Progressive Sentence Builder，也就是"渐进式句子构建法"。每一节课会选一个生活中的真实情景，然后从最简单的一句话开始，一步一步往上加，直到变成一个有层次、有逻辑的复杂长句。这不是死记句子，而是让你真正看懂一个 native speaker 的英语句子是怎么生长出来的。

这种方法你在其他英语课里很难见到。大多数课程给你一堆 vocabulary，给你一堆 grammar rules，但没有人告诉你这些东西怎么组合在一起、怎么自然地说出口。这门课做到了这一点。

你会学到什么

学完这门课，你真正能做到的事情是：

• 把简单句变成复杂句。不只是说 "A child feeds ducks"，而是能说出 "A child feeds ducks at the pond in the park on a warm afternoon after school throwing small pieces of bread into the water" 这样的句子——一个词、一个短语地往上叠，每一步都完全自然。
• 用真实情景练习口语。课程的每一节课都对应一个生活场景，比如 "A woman starting her first day at a new job"、"A couple renovates their kitchen"、"A man takes a cooking class abroad" 等等。这些都是真实生活中会发生的事，不是教科书里那种假设情境。

课程内容概览

这门课一共有 82 节课，每节课覆盖一个独立的生活情景，从非常基础的 A1 到相当高级的 C1，适合各个阶段的学习者。

82 个情景涵盖了各种各样的人物和场景：有 "A doctor treating a sick child"、"A firefighter rescuing a cat from a tree"，也有 "A scientist discovering a new plant species in the rainforest"、"A student prepares a presentation on climate change"。有日常小事，也有稍微专业的内容——这样的安排保证了你的 vocabulary 是多样的，不会只会讲一个领域。

每节课里，一个句子通常会经过 10 个 levels 的构建，从一句极简的短句开始，最终变成一个结构丰富、表达完整的长句。

短短几步，句子从最简单的陈述变成了一个有情节、有细节、有情感的完整表达。这才是真正的 spoken English。

CEFR 水平评估

这门课的内容跨度是从 A1（入门级）到 C1（高级）。

从 sample 里的句子结构来看：早期 level 的句子（比如 "A man learns to cook" 或 "A child feeds ducks"）属于纯 A1 水平，简单直接。但随着 level 推进，句子里开始出现 relative clauses（"who loves to run"）、participial phrases（"throwing small pieces of bread into the water"）、complex adverbial clauses（"until the turbulence subsides and the sky clears"）、以及多个并列从句的叠加——这些已经是 B2 到 C1 的句子结构了。

所以整体来说，这门课大约覆盖 A1 至 C1 全区间。如果你是初学者，可以从头跟着走，每一步都能跟上。如果你已经有 B1/B2 基础，直接从中间的 level 开始也没问题，你会看到自己熟悉的简单句是怎么升级成高级表达的。
