Atomic Habits
Les atomic habits sont extrêmement indispensable pour réussir dans la vie. Les petites habitudes réunies apportent une transformation exponential. Cependant, les gens ressentent souvent un conundrum : quelles habitudes sont importantes et lesquelles faut-il éviter ? Par la juxtaposition des bonnes habitudes, il est possible d’améliorer nos vies. Les petits changements finissent par devenir salient et consummate nos vies.
